Registration

The 2015 Camp Wolfeboro Campsite Reservation form should be returned with the appropriate fees to the Mt. Diablo Silverado Council service center (contact information on the cover of the Leader’s Guide).

Reservations are accepted in the order in which they are received. The campsite reservation fee is $150.00 per campsite. This fee is non-refundable.

The reservation fee will hold your chosen campsite until February 13, 2015 at which time a $50.00 per youth non-refundable deposit is due. On February 20, 2015 all campsites not secured by the $50.00 per youth deposit will be open for reservation.

The fee for a week at camp is due May 29, 2015, and if you pay by April 16, 2015, Camp Discount Day, the week’s fee is $320.00 per in-council youth and $330.00 per out-of-council youth.

Those who pay between April 16th and May 29 will be charged $370.00 per in-council youth and $380.00 per out-ofcouncil youth.

Starting June 1, 2015, the fee for a week at camp is due and will cost $390.00 per in-council youth and $400.00 per outof-council youth.

Payments received after
the above due dates
will be applied to the
higher fees.

Act quickly and get those fees in by April 16th for the lowest cost! The camp fees only get higher after our Camp Discount Day!

Webelos who transition into the Troop in the spring will pay the discounted fee of $320.00 per in-council youth and $330.00 per out-of-council youth if paid before June 1!

If you do not pay the balance of fees two weeks before arrival at camp, you MUST submit a count of the number of youth and adults you expect to bring to camp. Otherwise, we will plan based on the numbers on your original reservation. If the numbers of campers you bring to camp is greater than the original reservation, we MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU!

Please note that each unit is responsible for its camp payments. Parents are discouraged from coming in to make individual payments for their own Scout.

If you choose to supply and cook your own food, your troop, team, or crew may take advantage of the Pioneering option. If your unit decides to do this, you will receive a $60 per person discount for each paid adult and youth in attendance. The unit will then be responsible for supplying all food and cooking equipment. The camp cannot guarantee that there will be any space to keep refrigerated or frozen food for individual units, but we will try to make room to store your perishables.
